There’s any number of federal ‘laws’ that this should be applied to, not the least of which is so called ‘gun control’.

Pa. trooper ambush suspect charged with terrorism

via Pa. trooper ambush suspect charged with terrorism.

Lets say this right up front: I do NOT in any way condone someone murdering a state trooper. However someone who does should be charged with murdering a state trooper (as he has already been charged) not with terrorism.

So why was he charged with terrorism? Well first of course, because he’s not a muslim. But more noticeably because he said that he opposes the government. Now, I’m not as smart as DA Kane, but violence against the government isn’t terrorism, it’s treason, or sedition.

Terrorism is more like, oh I don’t know, someone who runs through a place screaming allahu akbar shooting people. Or someone who says the same thing before beheading someone, you know like a regular person.  Oh yea, my mistake, that’s workplace violence.

Deputy suspended after video post – Times Union

It goes without saying that we support law enforcement in most cases. Cops who take their oaths, jobs and The Constitution seriously, are worthy of respect.

However, if you want to know why people don’t like cops, there are two reasons: First, because of cops like this bullying, oath breaking, criminal piece of crap. The other reason is cops like the one with him, that know him and say nothing because of ‘brotherhood’ or something.

If you don’t want people to hate cops, don’t allow detestable people like this to be cops.

Kudos to the sheriff who suspended him, and we’re eager to see him as a security guard at the local junk yard next month.

There’s Something Very Significant About the Handcuffs Used to Detain Suspected Cop Killer Eric Frein | TheBlaze.com.

‘Alleged’ murderer of Pennsylvania State trooper was secured in the hand cuffs of the trooper he murdered Cpl. Bryon Dickson.

One side note to consider: Media and government continue to refer to him as a ‘survivalist’. Perhaps to scare people? Perhaps because that’s what he called himself? I can ASSURE you, using a simple dictionary you can see, he is NOT a survivalist.:

Survival: the state or fact of continuing to live or exist
ist: denoting an adherent of a system of beliefs, principles

NOBODY who walks up to a a state trooper barracks, and shoots two troopers, is ‘adhering to a system of principals that will cause him to continue to live or exist’.

Pittsburgh Post-Gazette spins victory for individual rights and state sovereignty.

“The House on Monday voted 138-56 to send to Gov. Tom Corbett a bill that would allow such groups to sue over municipal firearm regulations enacted despite state limits on such rules.”

via Gun bill passed by House could lead to NRA lawsuit against Pittsburgh – Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Here’s just a little more proof that the ‘pittsburgh posty gazette’ is a shill rag.

The fact of the matter is that the constitution and state laws of Pennsylvania OUTLAW local or county governments to make ANY regulation regarding firearms or ammunition. It is ILLEGAL. Any municipality that is, as the gazette puts it ‘enacting regulations despite state limits on such rules’  , is actually VIOLATING THE LAW. That is the issue here.

The point of that part of the new law is this: If a local government arrests you for an unconstitutional and illegal local law, that is to say, if they VIOLATE YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, and you have to go to court to defend yourself against a local government that is INTENTIONALLY VIOLATING THE CONSTITUTION, you can make THEM pay your legal fees etc.

Previously you had NO recourse against an illegal arrest for an unconstitutional or illegal firearm ‘law’, and further there was NO deterent for municipalities from violating your rights.

Who would have a problem with this? Who would try to spin this? Who would say something like “no one, much less resource-strapped municipalities and their taxpayers, should be singled out to bear markedly increased risk and cost for trying to protect human life.”?

Certainly these poor helpless city governments, like philadelphia shouldn’t have to pay legal fees right?

Philadelphia, by and large is ‘governed’ by thugs, that make the mafia of the 70s and 80s look like your fairy godmother.

They have historically been HAPPY to piss away their constituents money to fight INDIVIDUALS who don’t have the money to battle such a corrupt machine, just to defend their individual rights.

Now the table is turned, and philadelphia and other municipalities who are happy to piss their (citizens) money away to violate peoples rights, are crying poor mouth, because they want to continue to enforce illegal ‘laws’ and they now can get sued over it. YOU can now defend yourself against a corrupt government. A government that breaks the law, and violates your constitutional rights is corrupt, right?

While you think about this, and perhaps if the hair on the back of your neck is coming up because the state is ‘protecting those gun people’, remember this: They are not.

They are protecting your rights, and as I’ve said repeatedly over the last several years, if you let government violate rights, simply because they are not rights that you personally particularly care about, you can be sure, soon enough, they will violate rights that you do care, very dearly about.

FBI director warns against cellphone encryption

FBI director warns against cellphone encryption

“We have the legal authority to intercept and access communications from information pursuant to court order, but we often lack the technical ability to do so,”

via FBI director warns against cellphone encryption.

And if they ONLY ‘intercepted’ data when there was a court order, nobody would be wasting their time with encryption. But now they, being the federal government in general, NSA in specific, and the FBI by extension, have inspired an entire GENERATION to find every way to encrypt their private data, so that the fesds can’t easily look into their business when they have no reasonable or remotely Constitutional purpose in accessing it. For many who have absolutely NOTHING to hide, there is a certain glee in the thought of the NSA hammering away at an encrypted file for a week to find a picture of a kitten hanging from a string saying ‘hang in there!’.

The simple fact is that there is MORE justice in a ‘suspect walking free’, than there is in so called ‘federal law enforcement’ intercepting and warehousing EVERY communication by EVERY citizen of the United States of America. And THAT is exactly what they are doing.

If the FBI needs some criminals they can prosecute, they may want to look to the NSA themselves and arrest EVERYONE there for violations of The Constitution of the United States.

As Ed Snoden put it, encryption is simply a technological way of ENFORCING our rights, when the federal government chooses to ignore them.

FBI DIRECTOR: New Apple and Android Security Measures Put Users ‘Above The Law’

http://threepercenternation.com/2014/09/fbi-director-new-apple-and-android-security-measures-put-users-above-the-law/?utm_source=&utm_medium=&utm_campaign=.

So apparently the head of the FBI, believes that your rights, guaranteed in The Constitution he vowed to uphold, put you “above the law”.

I think rather he’s concerned people are being placed above their lawlessness.
