“Act 192 of 2014, portions of which allow gun enthusiasts, including the NRA, to sue municipalities over local gun ordinances that go beyond state law.”

Another pandering hack who can’t tell the truth about so called ‘gun laws’. As you can see above, he reported that people can “sue municipalities that go beyond state law.”

Actually they can sue municipalities that are BREAKING state law, which bars municipalities from enacting ANY law having to do with firearms.

That is a VERY important distinction, ins’t it? One suggests that the poor little municipalities (like the eminently corrupt philadelphia) are just being more strict than state laws. The other, the TRUTH is that in flagrant violation of state law, they have enacted ‘laws’ that violate both state law and the rights of their citizens and those visiting the municipality. Of course he also tosses in the NRA just to make sure people are even more scared. Pitiful.

Now why would a reporter try to trick and manipulate his readers into believing something that is untrue? Likely he has picked a side and isn’t an actual reporter, but a commentator.
