Louisiana Bill Would Nullify Part of the National Firearms Act of 1934 | Tenth Amendment Center Blog.

Very exciting to see some states realizing that THEY possess the powers not delegated to the federal government. Even more so that they are accepting that the ONLY powers the so called ‘federal government’ possesses in relation to firearms is to ensure that ones right to keep and bear them is not infringed. Nothing more.
