Supreme Court Announces Decision on Hobby Lobby Religious Freedom Case | The Federalist Papers.

It is baffling that the supreme court had to get involved in the simple questions of a) can the government force you to purchase something, b) can the government force SOMEONE ELSE to purchase something for you and c) can the government force someone else who has a moral conscious to pay for you to have an abortion.

But the real question I see in this, and just about everything else that the so called ‘supreme court’ has been asked to rule on lately, with few exceptions, is how the hell do 9 ‘law scholars’ keep deciding 5 to 4 on constitutional issues?!?!? The constitution is a simple read and simple to understand, and only liars and politicians have a hard time knowing what it permits and requires of government. And that is apparently what we have a judges today.
